Public Record Search and Retrieval System

Important Information about this system . . . Please read before entering

This system provides access to public record information regarding State of Missouri contracts, bid/solicitation documents, bid abstracts, bid correspondence, and other related documents. The system includes documents for only the Office of Administration, Division of Purchasing and Materials Management bids and contracts.

This system is compatible with MS IE 5.01 SP2, 5.5 SP2, 6.0 or Netscape 4.75 or 4.79.

• The Acorde Viewer must be used to allow a user to print an entire document at once. We have upgraded our system using a new version of the Acorde Viewer. If you installed the Acorde plug-in before April 29, 2005, you will need to download and install the new version before you can view our documents. You will need to download and install version 4.0 SP 1. The new version can be downloaded here. (Note: The Acorde Viewer will not work with IE 7.0 at this time. However, once in the system, you can use the Image Viewer to page through the document or print each page separately.)

• After 30 minutes of inactivity after entering the system, you will automatically be logged out.
  
  
• To log out of the system, close out of the program.

Please be sure and download the Navigation Instructions and the list of Document Types used for your reference. The Document Types will help you to decide what documents you wish to view and/or print from our system.
