The non-refundable registration fee shall apply to each vendor number registered. Therefore, vendors that have multiple locations and wish to have bid e-mail notifications sent to the various locations will need to pay $50 for each registered location. Payment can only be made via credit card on a secure site with an additional $1.49 convenience fee for each transaction. When will the new site be available to pay the Premium fee?The new vendor registration fee site will be available on or about January 3, 2006. The fee cannot be paid until the site is available. Can we still register now as vendor?Yes. You can register as a vendor at any time on-line at https://www.moolb.mo.gov. Any vendor that is registered before January 3, 2006 will have 60 days to pay the premium registration before all services are stopped and the registration becomes a standard registration. Will vendors get notified of expired registrations?Yes. You can register as a vendor at any time on-line at https://www.moolb.mo.gov. If a vendor does not choose the premium registration, will they be allowed to bid?Yes. You do not have to have a premium registration in order to submit bids. The premium registration allows you to receive the services, as stated under Premium Registration. You will not be able to submit bids electronically, but you can submit bids by mail or courier. Can a vendor still download a new bid without cost?Yes. You can still go on-line at https://www.moolb.mo.gov and download open bid opportunity documents. Are registration forms available to mail in?No. All registrations, whether they are premium or standard, are done on-line at https://www.moolb.mo.gov. How are payments accepted for premium registrations?All payments will be done on-line at https://www.moolb.mo.gov by credit card only. Can a vendor be invoiced for payment of registration?No. All payments will be done on-line at https://www.moolb.mo.gov by credit card only. After implementation of fee based system, how long does a vendor have to pay the premium registration to receive services?The fee is on an annual basis. The services will be affective 12 months from the time of payment. Is the annual fee based on a calendar year or when the payment is made?The fee is on an annual fee is in affect 12 months from the time of payment. What happens if a vendor is not satisfied with the services offered and a refund is requested?The annual fee is non-refundable.
