In accordance with State of Missouri rule 1CSR 40-1.060, effective on December 30, 2005, the Division of Purchasing and Materials Management will implement a new fee based on-line bidding website starting on January 3, 2006. Three types of entry into our on-line site will be available: Premium Registration ($50 annual fee), Standard Registration (no fee) and Guest (no fee).
