Obtaining the Merit System Application for Employment (paper format)

The paper application is required when applying for job classes that have not been converted to the Electronic Application System (EASe). Visit the "State of Missouri Job Vacancies and Categories with Frequent Hirings" page to view the list of job classes for which the Division of Personnel is currently accepting EASe or paper applications.

For your convenience, you may obtain the paper Application for Employment in one of three ways:

1. Open the application as a PDF document. You will need to print out the application, then complete it using a pen or typewriter. If needed, you can download the free Adobe Acrobat Reader by clicking the icon at the left.

2. Learn how you can download and install the application on your computer.*

3. Request an application be sent to you through the mail.
