Progressive Conference Calls

To establish a conference call, dial the state operator at 573-751-2000.

The operator will request the following information:

• Date and time of conference
• Number of people attending the conference
• Length of conference
• Name and number of contact person
• Agency name
• Telephone number to which the call should be billed
• Names and numbers of conferees

At a predetermined conference time, the State Operator will begin by adding the individuals who reserve the conference. The operator will then add the designated conferees until all have been included. A high pitch tone will be heard by all conferees whenever a person enters and leaves the conference call.

To terminate the conference call, the conferee who reserved the bridge needs to notify the state operator.
