Meet-Me Conference Calls

To establish a conference call, dial the state operator at 573-751-2000. The operator will request the following information:

• Date and time of conference
• Number of people attending the conference
• Length of conference
• Name and number of contact person
• Agency name

The person requesting the conference bridge must notify all conferees of the conference bridge telephone numbers and the time of the conference.

As the callers begin to dial in, they will be automatically connected.

To terminate the conference call, the conferee who reserved the bridge needs to notify the state operator.
