Infrastructure

The State of Missouri’s information technology infrastructure is the foundation for the delivery of information to support the consolidated agencies’ programs and management.  ITSD’s Infrastructure sections are grouped by functional areas.

Networks and Telecommunication has responsibility for data networking services and shared telecommunications support.

End User Support installs and maintains desktop hardware and software, and provides problem resolution services to end users.

State Data Center provides centralized data center services to multiple state agencies.

Enterprise Applications and Data Management supports enterprise systems and establishes policy for application development and data management across the consolidated agencies.

Information Security Management protects the privacy and integrity of data, prevents the unauthorized and malicious use of computing resources and promotes information security management in the state.
