Conference Bridging Options

The Office of Administration Conference Bridge allows up to 30 conferees and is available to all state agencies. The conference bridge must be reserved by the state agency, but can include conferees not on the state network.

There are two types of conferences available:

Progressive Conference Call

This type of conference is initiated by the State Operator at a cost of $10.00 per bridge plus usage. The cost will be billed to the agency designated by the person reserving the bridge. With this type of conference, the operator dials each conferee and connects them to the bridge.

Meet-Me Conference Call

The Meet-Me conference call is $5.00 per bridge used. With this type of call, the bridge is reserved for a specific time and all conferees are given a number and a time to call the bridge. The State Operator is not involved in this type of call.
