The project start-up is a significant event in the life of a project. The project team must be formed, resources must be brought together, and the plan must be finalized.
Once a project reaches the execution phase, a project team and the necessary resources should be in place to perform the project tasks. The project plan should be developed and baselined. |
The last major phase of a project's life cycle is the close-out. Closing a project should be a fairly routine process.
