O.A. EDS offers specific, instructor-led Mentoring courses that provide participants the "how-to" of mentoring. Additionally, several EDS courses cover mentoring competencies and exercise mentoring techniques.
MindLeaders Computer Based Training
MindLeaders provides Computer Based Training covering a wide range of topics including Mentoring. A number of Agencies participate in Service Contract with MindLeaders; you might check with the Division of Purchasing or MOTEC for availability.
* Although not "required", these courses are highly recommended for Mentoring participants.
