Steven Adams is the Office of Administration/IT Director for the Department of Social Services. He began his career in IT August 1985 as a system analyst and moved through the ranks to his current position. He has participated in a number of statewide committees including the ITAB personnel subcommittee, the state architecture committee and performance management committee. Prior to 1985, Steve worked for the Department of Social Services in the Division of Family Services. He served in various positions including caseworker, trainer, and program development specialist. Steve earned his Bachelor of Science degree from Southwest Missouri State University. He is a member of the American Public Human Services Association and has served on the Nichols Career Center advisory committee. |

Rich Beckwith

Rich became the Director of Information Systems for the Missouri House in March of 2006. Previously he was the director of Information Technology for a family owned insurance firm, where he led their efforts in Customer Relationship Management. Rich was the Information Technology manager for the Missouri Department of Public Safety from 1998 to 2004 where he coordinated agency wide projects and served on statewide strategic planning, homeland defense and communications committees. His current efforts at the Missouri House are directed towards IT strategic planning and applying project management principles to long term infrastructure projects. Rich holds a bachelors degree in Computer Information Systems from Lincoln University and a master's degree in Public Administration from the University of Missouri. |

Rob Davis serves as the IT director for ITSD-DOLIR/DED. Davis joined ITSD-DOLIR in October 2005. In February 2008, Davis was appointed as the IT director for ITSD-DED expanding his role within ITSD serving at the IT director supporting two state agencies. He began is career in state government with the Department of Natural Resources in 1990 and has served a variety of progressively responsible positions within the Department of Revenue, Office of Secretary of State and most recent to joining ITSD he served as deputy division director for the Department of Natural Resources, Division of Administrative Services. He is a graduate of Westminster College, Fulton, Missouri. Davis resides in Jefferson City with his wife, Terry, and their three children, Elizabeth, Gabriel and Madison. |

Chris Fischer is the Information Technology Director for the State Emergency Management Agency. He has been with the Office of Administration since 1997 where he first worked in OA Helpdesk Support and later worked on the E-mail Consolidation Project. Chris earned a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Information Systems from Missouri Southern State College. In addition, Chris has acquired his Firefighter I and II certification, and proudly serves as a volunteer Firefighter for the City of Westphalia. Chris and his wife, Michelle, have two children, Caleb and Alexis. |

Tim Dwyer is Information Services Director for the Department of Insurance, Financial Institutions and Professional Registration. Tim is a 1972 graduate of Central Missouri State University, Warrensburg, where he earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration. He began his working career in the manufacturing sector with a focus on computer integration and application implementation in several functional areas. In addition to 25 years of traditional information systems experience, he has held management and supervisory positions including a time in production & inventory control where he gained an appreciation for the IT customer's perspective. Tim participates in several national committees, task forces and working groups of the National Association of Insurance Commissioners (NAIC).

Richard Gerling is the Director of Information Technology Services for the Missouri Ethics Commission. He has held many positions with the State of Missouri starting in 1988. His prior position was with the Office of State Courts Administrator leading a project to automate the juvenile and family courts in Missouri. Richard is a graduate of Williams Woods University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer and Information Management. He is an avid water sports enthusiast and lives on the Osage river with his wife and daughter. |

Stacy Gillmore

Stacy Gillmore is the Manager of Information Technology for the Missouri State Employees' Retirement System (MOSERS). He began his career in the United States Army, where he spent 6 years on active duty specializing in data center operations and Military Intelligence. He then spent 11 years with the Department of Revenue in various IT positions from end-user support to the Administrator of Information Technology for the Division of Taxation and Collection. In 2004, Stacy joined MOSERS as the Manager of Information Technology.
Stacy holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Information Systems from Columbia College. He is a member of the Public Retirement Information System Managers (PRISM) group and serves on the Linn State Technical College Advisory Council.

Cliff Gronauer

Cliff Gronauer is CIO of the Missouri State Highway Patrol. Cliff holds a bachelor's degree in management, and an MBA in finance. He served three years of active duty with the US Army. He is an adjunct faculty member for Columbia College and William Woods University, teaching evening courses in finance and computers. He was previously IT director for the Missouri House of Representatives. Prior to that, Cliff worked for several private firms in Chicago in the positions of programmer, systems analyst, systems administrator and project manager. He is currently chairman of the Audrain County Emergency Services Board, and a member of the Board of Trustees for the Village of Vandiver. He has also served as a volunteer Boy Scout leader and coached baseball and basketball teams. |

Dallas Jones is the IT Director for the Department of Mental Health. Originally from Vero Beach, FL, Dallas holds a Doctorate degree in MIS from Warren National University, and an MBA from National University. He began his career in information technology by developing and modifying applications while in the United States Navy. He was appointed to the Medical Service Corps and administrated over several healthcare and logistics systems. He was selected for an MIS sub-specialty designation and became the Director for MIS organizations for 3 Naval Hospitals. After his Naval career, he worked as the IT Manager and PMO Manager for a holding company in North Georgia. Dallas now resides in Jefferson City with his wife and daughter. His son attends college as an Army Cadet at North Georgia College and State University. |

Mike received his BS in Mechanical Engineering from UMR in 1977 and then worked for John Deere in Waterloo, IA for six years in hydraulic engineering. He moved to KC in 1983 to take a position with Northrup. In 1985 he moved to Jefferson City to work for IBM as a CAD/CAM marketing representative. His customers included MoDOT and the Office of Administration. In 1993 he accepted the position of Senior Information Specialist at MoDOT. He's since held various Supervisory and Managerial positions in the Information Systems Division and became Director in January, 2005. He's married and has three children. |

Daniel Moeller is the Director of Information Technology for the Missouri State Treasurer's Office. He began working in the computer technology field in 1994. Prior to being hired by the State Treasurer's Office in 2001, Daniel worked in the IT departments of Office of Administration and State Courts Administrator. He graduated summa cum laude with a bachelor's degree in Computer Information Systems from Columbia College in 2000. He is well versed in multiple programming languages, database administration, and network security. He and his wife, Jennifer, reside in Jefferson City with their three children. |

Colonel (retired) Paul E. Monda

Paul is the current Director of Technology Services Division at the Department of Health and Senior Services for the state of Missouri.
Prior to this, Paul served over 30 years with the Missouri Army National Guard; the last 24 years in an Active Guard Reserve (AGR) status. Paul is a retired Colonel, branched as an Engineer, Quartermaster, Adjutant General Corps, Ordinance, and Multi-functional Logistics.
During his career with the Guard, he served in many different assignments within the J1 (Personnel), J3 (Operations and Training), J4 (Logistics), J6 (Information Management), and multiple assignments in field units at company, battalion and brigade level, including a tour in Iraq as a Engineer Battalion Commander, prototyping the Explosive Hazards Information Center (EHIC) within the CJTF-7 C7.
Paul has attended multiple military schools, branch functional courses and required professional development. Additionally, Paul has a Master's in Business Administration, and has performed postgraduate work towards a PhD in Organizational Leadership.

In this capacity, he is responsible for providing leadership, guidance, and direction for all information technology activities of the executive office. He has held a variety of progressively responsible positions which includes Network Administrator for Missouri Department of Revenue and Network Design Engineer - Project Manager for an International Telecommunications Corporation. Graduated college May 1983 and has been in the IT profession for 24 years. Thirteen years in the Public sector providing field support for mid-west banking firm. He joined the State of Missouri/DHSS in February 1996 and held several positions with DHSS, technical, supervisory and management. He left as the DHSS IT Deputy Director. While at DHSS, he managed a 2000+ user network, supervised LAN, WAN, UNIX and Middle-Tier server support units. He developed and tracked multiple budgets, planned and coordinated departmental projects, forecasted technical architecture, participated in statewide technical architecture committees, and provided leadership to technical managers. He joined DOR-ITSD March 6, 2007 and served as Interim IT Director until July 1, 2007, when he was appointed IT Director for DOR-ITSD. Professional certifications include: AIX Certified Specialist, Certified Secure Network Gateway Firewall Administrator, Certified Missouri Project Manager, Certified Wireless Network Administrator, Certified Netware Administrator.
Phil and his wife, Sheila, live in Holts Summit with their daughter, Haley. Phil lists his hobbies as golf, golf and more golf.

Jim served 26 years in the United States Air Force, where he attained the rank of Colonel. He earned a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering from the University of California, Fresno, and holds master's degrees in Management Information Systems from the University of Northern Colorado, and in Business Administration from the University of Southern California. |

After four years of desktop, server, and LAN support, he transferred to the routing and switching group in the State Data Center. Jason broadened his network knowledge with LAN, WAN, & campus networks over the following four years. Taking his eight years of State IT knowledge he was able to apply it all to act as the Systems Administrator for the Department of Higher Education. After 10 1/2 months he found the opportunity he was looking for to get into management with the Department of Agriculture. Jason graduated from Columbia College in 1998 with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Information Systems. Married in May of 2007, he and his wife, Amy, have three children. |

Michael E. (Mike) Wankum serves as the director of information services for the Missouri Lottery Commission. Mike has been IS director since the Missouri Lottery was established in 1985. Prior to his present position, Mike was a senior programmer/ analyst with the Office of Administration, Division of DP&T. His previous experience included work with Modern Business Systems and the Department of Social Services as a computer programmer. Mike began his data processing career directly out of high school, starting as a computer operator with the Department of Social Services. Mike is active in the Helias Athletic Booster Club and church and community activities. Mike and his wife, Cynthia, have two children, Rachel and Leah, and they live in Wardsville. |

Mary Willingham is the CIO for the office of the Missouri State Public Defender. A 1993 graduate of Truman University, Mary began her IT career as a computer operator for a hospital. Soon, she moved on to become a programmer in county government. In 1991, she accepted a position at the Coordinating Board for Higher Education, serving as a system administrator, programmer, and IT manager. In 1996, Mary became the IT Director for the Public Defender Office, where she was tasked with replacing all the office's existing computer systems, hardware and software. |

Missouri Governor Matt Blunt appointed Dan to the position of Missouri's Chief Information Officer beginning on January 10, 2005. For the four year's prior to that, Dan served under then Secretary of State Matt Blunt, in the capacity of Executive Deputy Secretary of State. Prior to that, Dan was Director of Administrative Services for the Department of Economic Development for four years. Before that, he served as Director of Administration for the MO Public Service Commission. Dan has also worked for the Department of Natural Resources, Missouri State Parks and for the Missouri Highway Patrol.
Dan holds a bachelors degree in Industrial Relations from Lincoln University and a master's degree in Public Administration from the University of Missouri. Dan has 37 years of experience in public service, starting as a mail clerk in 1968 while attending college.

Tony is the GIS Supervisor for the Missouri Department of Conservation. He attended the State University of New York - Geneseo, earning a bachelor's degree in geography, and went on to earn his master's degree in geography from the University of Missouri-Columbia. Tony is now working his way through a doctoral program in forestry at MU. Tony began working for the Department of Conservation in 1992, when he implemented the Department's GIS program. In addition to active leadership roles on state, regional, and national GIS boards, Tony is an officer in the Boone County Fire Protection District and Missouri Task Force 1. He also chauffeurs Truman the Tiger in his restored 1954 White fire engine at MU football games. He lives in Columbia with his wife Aimee and daughter Sophie. |
