STRATEGIC PLANNING SESSION TO BE HELD

The Information Technology Advisory Board (ITAB) will be holding a strategic planning session on May 16h and 17th at the Ike Skelton Training Center. Participants will include information technology directors and CIO’s from across the state. During the strategic planning session, participants will be performing a strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats (SWOT) analysis and establishing goals that will incorporate the Governor’s objectives into the information technology line of business. Strategies will be developed to accomplish our goals and an action plan identified that will guide the Information Technology Advisory Board in the delivery of services to the citizens of the State of Missouri over the next two to three years.
