  • Places orders for all hardware, software, supplies and maintenance needed within the division.
  • Pays all invoices through the SAM II system
  • Puts together Core Decision Items
  • Prepares all required documentation for new program items
  • Prepares objectives and outcomes for the budget
  • Prepares spreadsheets and other documentation to track budget through the fiscal year
  • Works with sections to prepare internal budgets
  • Prepares monthly financial reports
  • Tracks appropriations
  • Helps prepare the SDC Cost Allocation Plan and the Telecommunications Cost Allocation Plan
