The Customer Services Division is the customer service arm of the department. Focused on providing excellent service and efficient assistance, each component of the division has its own distinct responsibilities. This division is made up of the Motor Vehicles Bureau, Driver Licensing Bureau, Customer Assistance Bureau, Taxation Bureau, and the Information Technology Bureau.
The Fiscal Services Division reviews accounting controls, audits taxpayers, and handles the department's finances and budget. It consists of three
bureaus: Internal Compliance, Field Compliance, and Financial Services.
The Legal Services Division ensures compliance with law and internal policies and manages the department's legislative efforts. It includes the General Counsel's Office, the Human Resource Services and Development, the Criminal Investigation Bureau, and the Governmental Affairs Bureau.

All of the departments in Missouri state government contain at least one administrative division or unit which provides support in fiscal management, accounting, personnel and training, research and data processing. Because of similarity of these duties and because each department only has one page of print space, these units are not described in detail.
For more information on these divisions, contact the department director. |
