Request Service

The preferred method of requesting service is through the new online repair request in the State Fleet Information System. Agencies using the State Fleet Information System are strongly encouraged to use the online repair request functionality as much as possible. To learn more about the online repair request form, contact your agency fleet manager or OA Vehicle Maintenance.

Service can also be requested by contacting Vehicle Maintenance at 573/751-4286 or by emailing your request to: vehicle.repair@oa.mo.gov. (Please allow 24 business hours for response to service requested online or through email.)

Vehicle Maintenance will make every attempt to accommodate your request in a timely fashion. If possible please schedule standard preventative maintenance a week or two ahead of the desired service date. Due to limited parking, please drop the vehicle off the evening before or the morning of your scheduled service date.
