________Employee Reporting Packet (01/2000): This packet is produced for the state agency to give to the employee after an injury.  It describes the basic reporting procedures; workers’ compensation benefits and contains the CARO forms that each employee needs to complete after an injury occurs.

 ________Brochure: Workers’ Compensation for State of Missouri Employees: describes workers’ compensation benefits to employees.

 ________800# Wallet Card: contains procedures for calling the 800 medical referral number.

 ________Division of Workers’ Compensation Poster (WC 106 7-00): each employer in the State of Missouri is required by state law to have this posted for all employees to read.
