Property

The State of Missouri largely self-assumes the risk of property loss for state-owned buildings. State bonded buildings are provided loss protection under the Property Preservation Fund pursuant to Chapter 37.410 and 37.413.

Property insurance policies maintained by Risk Management include:

• Property Coverage for Contractual Obligations
• Automobile Physical Damage
• Aircraft Physical Damage and Liability
