Electronic/Internet FormsForms Services can provide agencies with an electronic version of forms, which enables the user to fill in data, save it to a file, transfer the data via email or to print on demand from laser printers. Electronic forms are mirror images of their paper counterparts. Forms Services can also provide agencies with another level of forms by creating Internet forms which submit data to a MySQL database on a web server. Data submitted via Internet forms can be exported to other popular databases, such as MicroSoft Access. |
