Missouri Fleet Fuel Card Guidelines new image

Issued:  November 1, 2006 These guidelines contain basic information for agency personnel that are involved in the Voyager card contract.

Voyager Fuel Card Contract

The State of Missouri awarded its fleet fuel card contract to Voyager on July 1, 2005. Contract C105009001 runs through June 30, 2007. This site is intended to provide state agencies with links to information to assist in the management of the fuel card program.

Maintenance Program

The Voyager card can be used to purchase maintenance services for state vehicles. Agencies may only use the card at incorporated vendor locations. There are over 2,000 locations in Missouri where the Voyager card can be swiped like a credit card for payment. Additionally, Voyager offers a Teletrans Maintenance Program that allows for more controls at the transaction level. There are over 500 locations in Missouri that are Voyager Teletrans merchants. Emergency Roadside Assistance
Roadside Assistance through the National Automobile Club (NAC) is available for State of Missouri Voyager card customers. An 800# is listed on the back of each Voyager card. The NAC will assist the driver by arranging tow or emergency roadside repairs. Tow or repair charges do apply and will be billed on the Voyager account.

Rebates
Volume and quick pay rebates were negotiated under the new contract and will be paid to the State on a quarterly basis.
