Keathley Announces Mosby's Retirement;
Appoints Blair as New Facilities Director
JEFFERSON CITY — Commissioner of Administration Mike Keathley announced the retirement of David Mosby as the director of the Division of Facilities Management, Design and Construction.
"I want to thank Dave for all he has done for the Office of Administration, the Division of Facilities Management, Design and Construction, and for the State of Missouri. Most recently Dave has done a superlative job as division director answering Gov. Blunt's call to save Missouri taxpayers millions of dollars through efficiencies in state government. With the governor's leadership and Dave's ability other states now look at Missouri for best practices in maintenance, real estate management, and energy conservation," Keathley said.
Mosby's retirement is effective Monday, December 31, 2007.
Keathley today named Trent Blair as the new director of the Division of Facilities Management, Design and Construction (FMDC) effective Tuesday, January 1, 2008. Blair, 34 of Jefferson City, has been with the Office of Administration's FMDC since January 2005. Prior to working for OA, Blair was the director of Senate Operations.
